Refund policy

Exchange Policy:

We offer a hassle-free 3-day exchange policy, Customers have to apply and ship the product for an exchange within 3 days upon receiving the item by contacting us via given Email address or WhatsApp number.

Conditions For An Exchange:

  • Item must be in the same state as customer received it. Washed, Worn or any kind of mishandling happened to the item by customer will not be accepted for an exchange.

 

  • Any kind of intentional mishandling to the product made by the customer will be instantly detected, Exchange will be not be accepted if Store or sales representative sense any kind of fraudulent activity.

 

  • Exchanges will only be accepted once it gets approved by our representative, Without approval, any item sent to our address will not accepted for exchange.

 

  • Final conclusion made about the exchange approval rests solely on the store representatives and the decision shall be prevalent and will be considered final.

 

  • Rs.200/- will be deducted as shipping charges, All shipping charges to make an exchange will be bared by the customer.

How customer makes the replacement order after exchange is approved?

  • After thorough inspection of the matter by our professional sales representative, We will issue the customer a store credit discount code of the remaining balance, which will be applied at checkout by customer to deduct that amount from the next order.

 

  • Customers can use the store credit within a 30 day period before it gets expired.

 

Refund Policy:

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, customers have to apply for an exchange and ship the product back to us within 3 days upon receiving the item by contacting us via given Email address.

Conditions For A Refund:

  • Only items with visible damage or any kind of major fault will be accepted for return. Return Address and Details will be provided by store representative upon approval of a refund.

 

  • Sizing issues will not be claimed for a refund, ( Exact size measurements are mentioned below every post ), Sizing issues, Non-faulty items will only be eligible for an exchange.

 

  • Item must be in the same state as customer received it. Washed, Worn or any kind of mishandling dealt to the item by customer will not be accepted for a refund.

  • Store and Sales representatives will inspect the matter thoroughly and will approve or disapprove a refund, Decision made on the matter by the store representative will be considered final.

Refund Amount:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
